30 Hudson St, also known as the Goldman Sachs Tower, is a 238-meter (781 ft) tall skyscraper located in the Financial District of Jersey City, New Jersey. It was completed in 2018 and has 68 floors, making it the tallest building in the state of New Jersey.
The tower was designed by architect Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and features a striking curtain wall of glass and steel. It is primarily used as office space and houses the headquarters of financial services company Goldman Sachs.
In addition to its impressive height, 30 Hudson St boasts a number of impressive features, including a large, open-air plaza, a fitness center, restaurant and retail space, and a rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the New York City skyline.
The building has been praised for its sustainable design, with a number of energy-saving features such as green roofs, solar panels, and an efficient heating and cooling system. It has also earned LEED Platinum certification, the highest standard of sustainability in the building industry.
